The property is located in an extremely safe and beautiful neighborhood. It was very quiet yet so close to Dayton’s best attractions and fine dining. I cannot say enough to articulate the outstanding professionalism and friendliness of the host! Great place for pets also. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, Very clean, quiet neighborhood

Very clean and well maintained. Easy stress free check in and out process. Nice residential area and easy access to points of interest. Highly recommend!

Convenient location and dog friendly.The bathroom in particular was much dingier than the pictures online show the only light in the living room was a small clip on table lamp, which wasn't enough light.

Bathroom is very small and door did not close. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Just a little more amenities (broom/vacuum to keep tidy, free laundry machine instead of additional charge, etc) would have made the stay much nicer - especially for someone on a bit of an extended stay. The area was quite nice, with a good park not too far away.

First off the host was very responsive and helpful. My daughter couldn’t figure out the hot water in the shower, just turn it on cold and you will get hot water. The apartment itself is outdated, needs a little bit of lovin, the plaster on the ceiling of the kitchen was starting to fall. The biggest thing for me was the living room smelled of pet urine. I know this was a pet approved location, but maybe changing the carpet out and having hard floors would help correct this… but it was very very noticeable when you walked in or sat in living room. All in all just know you get what you paid for.

The property is in good condition. The outside landscape needs some attention, but overall in good condition. The host Thomas is was always quick to respond and took care of any needs in a timely manner. The apartment is well maintained. The one issue we had was no AC in the bedroom. But I believe that is being taken care of. We stayed for 2 months, and recommend giving the place a try. As for my wife and I, we will if needed stay again.
