House was spacious. Supplies in kitchen were adequate. Upstairs bathrooms small and needing refreshing. Air conditioning was uneven throughout the house. Second floor was very warm making it difficult sleeping for bunk room. Pool was cleaned midweek which was a real bonus. The management team was very helpful and easy to reach. The beauty of this home is its location. Steps from a wonderful family friendly beach.

Excellent location near beach. Gorgeous views toward the ocean and over the marshlands. Fun to ride bikes along the shore. Big, beautiful home with good sleeping accomodations.

Phenomenal Stay!

Great property and location. Everyone we invited had an incredible time and I think a huge part of that was that everyone felt comfortable. We had 21 in our group, including 9 kids and everyone had plenty of space.

Overall, the rental was a great layout for all of us and there was room for everyone and having a bathroom in all the bedrooms was a plus. Living room and kitchen area were perfect for everyone to gather. Location of the beach was also a quick walk from the house.However, the detailed cleanliness of this property was not appropriate. The fans and vents were covered in dust, as well as the walls in the bedrooms on the top floor. We actually had to clean the bed room fans and walls in two bedrooms because the occupants woke up with swollen eyes and congestions the first morning. The back of toilets were dirty and not cleaned.The smaller bedroom on the top floor, had a shower with no hot water. (didn't understand the reasoning for this). Two of the sinks were totally clogged and water could not run or it backed up. Pool did not seem heated and the hot tub did not work or run. (no instructions)

Amazing house & location!!

The house is updated & was very clean! It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach access point right next to the house was great. The property manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!

Perfect for big family get together!

We loved staying at this property over Xmas and New Year's Eve. You can walk to the beautiful beach, and playground with tennis/basketball courts are perfect for family with many kids. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Absolutely Breathtaking
