Very cute property in a great location. The view and outdoor space are amazing. We kayaked right from the property and it was wonderful. The back deck is very nice and great place to relax and have meals. The size and layout of the house were perfect for our family of 4.

The views of the water were spectacular. Beautiful wooded property. Nicely stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. This cabin has a homey feel with lovely art work and curios. Host was very responsive when ever we needed something. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, peaceful getaway with all of the amenities
We had a wonderful stay! The house was very comfortable and perfectly situated in a quiet cove with a large deck overlooking the water, which was a great place to hang out and have our meals. We kayaked almost every day and launched easily from the back yard. The kayaking was fabulous, exploring all the islands with lots of birds and even seals who popped up to say hello to us! Loved the grill, hammock, fire pit and picnic table for our lobster dinner! The hose in the back was great for cleaning our gear. Very responsive host. The house was well stocked. We would definitely come back here!
Nice location and back deck is wonderful to relax on and enjoy the cove. We rented kayaks which were nice to explore the cove and bay. Just make sure you are back before low tide when the cove area becomes a mud flat.
If you plan on renting during hot weather, I recommend you bring some additional fans as only master br has window a/c and there is one additional fan. An additional fan or two will help cool other bedrooms.
Property was perfect for our family vacation - quiet and peaceful. Owner was very responsive. Great location, easy access to so many wonderful sites - museums, beaches, hiking, kayaking, restaurants, ice cream, shopping, etc.
If you're on the fence about booking this property, DO NOT HESITATE!!! Book it! Right now! Warm and welcoming, Eagle's Run checked all the boxes. Plenty of room for our family, well-appointed, gorgeous outdoor spaces, and perfect access to the St. George river. Lots of info regarding local places to check out as well as restaurant recommendations. We went down to the docks in Tenant's Harbor to buy lobsters from the local watermen, had Rukus Donuts (THE SINNY SUGAR!!!), went out to Clark's Island at low tide, and had chicken croquettes at Moody's Diner. Everything close enough to get to, but far enough to enjoy the quiet. I spent every morning (and sometimes afternoon and evening) having coffee or lunch or dinner on the back deck, working on school work, or playing card or board games with my family, all while watching the tides come in and go out. Vanessa was very inviting and responsive to any questions we had, even though she and Paul were on their own vacation. Stay at Eagle's Run! You won't regret it!
Lovely home with large deck and dining set for enjoying meals, and large yard. Well-stocked kitchen with nice cookware and dishwasher. Bonus- full set of lobster tools to enjoy Maine lobster boil. Easy access and good communication with manager. Entry to cove was slippery and more complicated with kayaks than expected but we were able to get down and once outside the cove encountered seals while kayaking. What an experience! Thank you Vanessa!
Loved the property and area. Vanessa was the best. Very accessible even though she was on vacation herself. Best appointed place we have stayed. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.
The view at Eagle’s Run is breathtaking. Watching the changes as the tide came in and out, and seeing the birds (eagles, herons, egrets, gulls and terns) coming and going, was all part of the ambiance of the property. I chose this place so I could kayak off the back lawn and overall it was very easy. I rented a kayak from Port Clyde Kayaks and they delivered it with life vest, pump and chart for the local waterways. Exploring the islands and coves turned out to be great fun.
The house has just about everything you might need including a fully equipped kitchen. We regularly dined on the back deck, because you just couldn’t beat the view. The string lights lent a very festive air to dinnertime.
A couple of plumbing issues came up during my stay, but they were quickly addressed without any inconvenience. I would highly recommend Eagle’s Run to anyone. The beauty of the cove and all its inhabitants are well worth a visit. Bring your binoculars!

Great place to stay if you like to be secluded and away from it all!
We enjoyed our stay at Seavy Cove. It was quiet and relaxing. The house is neither lavish nor rustic but basic which was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The downside was that there were only 4 chairs instead of five at the dining room table and you had to be careful when stepping out through the sliding glass doors. It is just a small platform and steps. Also there is a tv but it is hard to work with no remote. Overall it was nice and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away and explore mid coast Maine which is a beautiful area with great seafood and places to explore.

A quiet and lovely spot
Our stay was shorter than anticipated, but nonetheless, the time spent was wonderful. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. The yard facing the water is just wonderful. There is ample space inside and out and our pup was happy wandering the nearby wooded areas.
The only thing that was less than ideal was the back "deck"...it's really just a landing with stairs going from the slider to the back yard. There is no railing so it's a bit precarious...
Also, love the location...pretty easy to get most places yet we were still well off the beaten path. We would love to come back and stay longer next time.
