The house was clean and very nice in a great location. The stay was great and Anna provided clear, consistent communication. She answered any questions I had quickly and often provided information prior to me asking. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful old house with a very homey feel. There's a big kitchen and thoughtful amenities like a milk frother, a water filter, plenty of pans, etc.
The property was excellent for the majority of our stay: clean, comfortable, and well-located. Our last day was severely disrupted by a false fire alarm on our final morning. With no smoke or fire present, the alarms blared continuously, forcing us to evacuate in short order, with no offer for assistance from property manager for many hours. While we appreciate the quality of the accommodation, future guests should be aware of potential alarm malfunction unless this is resolved. Lack of immediate support during the incident is our only complaint"
Kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the blender we used to make milkshakes.Nice large backyard for playing frisbee, with seating and a hammock for those who just wanted to relax. The hostess was very pleasant and responsive.I appreciated the use of personal info for an easy to remember 4 digit door code.Lots of parking space!
We had a multigenerational group of 6 for the University of Richmond graduation. The property was wonderful for a large group with space to spread out and comfortable beds for everyone. There is one bedroom on the first floor (where we put grandpa), and a bathroom with no shower, so it was a little hard to maneuver. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and we were able to supplement where we were short (wine glasses, for example). It is on a busy road, and the backyard was a little tired, so we didn't spend much time outside. I expected more of a neighborhood. We are a family of walkers, but the busy road did not allow that. It needs some sprucing up on the outside, but the inside was lovely and served our purposes. Plenty of parking.
