Welcome to Owl's Nest, a charming and dog-friendly vacation home nestled in the heart of Deep Creek Lake! This three-bedroom, two-bath retreat is the perfect place to relax and unwind while staying close to all the area's top attractions. The main level features a kitchen, dining, and seating area with a TV—ideal for gathering after a day of adventure. Also on this level is the first bedroom, offering a cozy and convenient place to rest.

Step outside onto the spacious deck, complete with a grill and outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air. Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find an air hockey table and a second seating area with a TV. Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for the whole group. Just outside, you can soak your cares away in the hot tub. Whether you're here for outdoor adventures, lake activities, or simply to relax, Owl's Nest offers an ideal home base for your Deep Creek Lake getaway.

THIS HOME does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Driveway is steep; 4WD is required in winter. Fireplace not available for use. There is a strict 2 dog limit in this home. Max. parking spaces: 3


IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).


WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info.
