Our stay was great everything was there but out close and food. I highly recommend the property; we had 2 trucks with trailers and had plenty of parking.

Beautiful house, had everything we needed. Couple questions we had were answered right away. Close to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, and Dead Horse SP. The pool was very close and a perfect spot to cool off. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great rental with actually decent Internet. Rooms are semi-spacious. Location is great in the South Valley. There can be some parking problems with other guests in other units, especially side-by-side owners. But there is plenty of street parking just out on the cul-de-sac.

We really enjoyed our stay in Moab. The town house was extremely clean and tidy! We were very impressed and would recommend staying here. The hot tub wasn't working but no fault of the owners. The host kept us well informed. We had no issues during our stay. Thanks for the adventures.

We use VRBO several times a year and we walked into this one so excited for how close it was to the pool and tennis court. Walking in felt so clean it was probably our best experience and we really haven’t had a bad one but this truly felt as clean as we keep our home. Thank you for letting us stay!!!! This condo was immaculate. It was roomy yet cozy and had gorgeous views from almost every window. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the garage was a nice bonus. I would definitely book this condo again.

Overall excellent Property! we really enjoy the two pools and the hot tub and the layout and the location. The place could use a few more homey touches like maybe some more warm lamps and more artwork downstairs and a coffee table in the living room. We absolutely loved staying at this home. It was a great location for exploring Moab, and the perfect size for our family of 5. We were pleasantly surprised by how close the tennis/basketball court and pool area was to the home. Somehow our kids weren't worn out after hiking during the day, and they loved having these amenities in the evenings.
