We had a great stay at the property and wished we could have stayed longer than two days. Having a fully stocked kitchen with all amenities was much appreciated. We enjoyed the hot tub and privacy of the property with it being an end unit. The location was convenient for accessing downtown restaurants and shopping.
The house was very comfortable we really like the decor especially artwork of the surrounding National Parks and Recreation areas. The house had a very convenient location close enough to get to Moab but far enough away for solitude. Our pets really enjoyed the grass area to play in. I would suggest for your aging customers adding grab bar in the bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Our stay was wonderful. Everything was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood, convenient location!

Perfect spacious end unit for a week of trail riding with dogs!
This property and unit was fantastic, had everything we needed, and worked out great for us for our week long stay. The unit is an end unit which has a great location in the condo complex. It is quiet and more secluded and private with great views on the two sides of the condo. The two car garage was a huge bonus to be able to park and store toys, gear, and cars. There is plenty of trailer parking close as well. The patio is gated, with a hot tub, patio table, and rocking chairs, and a grill. Perfect for nice weather and even the dogs enjoyed being out there with us. There are many grassy areas around the complex to walk your dogs. The complex even has a few dog poop stations around to get extra bags or throw away your poo bags. This property being dog friendly for 2 dogs is a huge plus! They even had some dog supplies to help us out at the condo which was a nice touch and helpful. The inside of the condo is very spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and there was enough room for multiple people to be in the kitchen at the same time. We made many meals here and on the grill as well. The condo had stocked for us many things like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra backups of toilet paper, paper towels, and had basic cleaning supplies like Clorox wipes and vacuum, and extra trash bags for the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. Kitchen towels, sheets, blankets, as well as bath and pool towels were also provided. The family room area was large and we watched TV on the couch, we used our streaming logins (although they also have cable). All three of the bedrooms having a king bed was a huge plus. We had four adults and 2 dogs and the amount of space and room for privacy was great. The master bedroom was huge and we could fit two dog beds in there, the master bathroom had two sinks and a walk in shower, everything worked great. The second king bedroom was still spacious and the secondary bathroom was still a decent size as well. The third bedroom is the smallest of the three, so since we weren’t using it to sleep, we used it as more storage for our things that we brought with. There is a lot of storage here between the closets, drawers, cabinets and dressers, and the garage. We were able to unpack and organize everything. The community trash and recycling was a short walk and was next to the community pool. We did not get a chance to utilize it, but it looked like many others were enjoying. We did enjoy the private hot tub out on the patio many nights. Our trip involved trail riding (jeep and OHV) and a visit to Arches National Park. We also ate out a few times for lunch or dinner in the town of Moab and it is a very close drive. We were able to explore just a few of the things Moab had to offer. The check in and check out instructions as well as the rules were very clear and easy to follow. For a family of 4 adults and 2 dogs for a week of trail riding, this property was perfect for us. Overall we were very impressed with this place and when we return to Moab we will definitely stay here again.
Kudos to Jeff at Utah Escapes, the prop manager, for an outstanding job taking care of our issues and concerns. I would do business with Jeff again. The property itself was good but not exceptional. Appliance were new and good, but some things concerned us and we had to reach out to Jeff to have them addressed. Unlike other places we stayed at, we had more interaction with prop manager than we would have wanted (nothing against Jeff). Location is nice but it is not convenient to walking in town. Next time we will look for something a few blocks from main strip . Access to freeway was excellent and thus access to outdoor adventures was not an issue atall.
