The condo was outstanding! Owners thought of every possible convenience! Beautifully decorated, very welcoming!Housekeeping was another story! There were dark spots, such as chocolate/dried blood, on the living room curtains, return air vents(hvac closet door) and exhaust fans needed cleaned, only 1 hand towel per bathroom, washcloth had dark stains it. Some of the sheets had stains. Cleanliness was definitely below par for the 400, that we paid for a cleaning fee.The building....upon arriving, they were spray painting fences in the parking lot and had most of the spots(small lot) roped off. We were never notified of this. The painting continued the next day, which is when we noticed overspray on both of our vehicles. The contractor was quick to offer to wash and wax our cars. We appreciated his response. The elevator looked like it had not been cleaned on a regular basis and the inspection certificate expired in 2024.
