Our dock accommodates two 37 ft boats. Boat rentals available upon request and scheduling. Outside guest vessels are not permitted.

Please note: The pool and spa are closed from October through May and reopen for the summer season (June–September).

Our stay here was exceptional. The house has that rare combination of being beautifully designed while also feeling genuinely comfortable and inviting. It was immaculate when we arrived, thoughtfully equipped, and even better in person than the photos suggested. Every accoutrement you can imagine is provided—from towels, to shampoo, to toothbrushes, to bikes, to pool noodles, to paddle boards, to kayaks! There is a house sound system for music (everywhere) and IPAD controls of the pool, spa, and lights.The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to Sag Harbor Village that restaurants, shops, beaches, and everything else we wanted to enjoy were easily accessible. It felt private without feeling remote. The teens were able to bike each morning to watch the sunrise at the beach and then head into town for coffee (safe enough to do by themselves). We were able to arrive, settle in, and immediately enjoy our time there and would return without hesitation. Highly recommend it!

Amazing stay!they thought of everything! you will have everything you need and more.attention to detail was fantastic! down to chargers all over the house, the controls for music and pool. even beach chairs, ice, coolers and blankets so we could enjoy the beach nearby. Just a great place to visit.
