4 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront house with arguably the BEST LAKE VIEW and Sunsets in Heber Springs! Easy lake access. Close to shopping, restaurants, boat launches & marinas with boat rentals. Carport for easy unloading with a driveway that is long enough for a boat or RV. Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel wall oven. Three king bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms) plus adorable bunk room that sleeps four (top mattress only suitable for children up to 100 pounds) . Two living areas so younger guests can have their own space in the newly renovated walkout basement. This property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether you're relaxing in the sunroom taking in the views or exploring the area, this awesome house provides the perfect retreat for your getaway. New on VRBO but many happy renters and 5.0 rating elsewhere. Limited to TEN guests in total of which there can be a MAXIMUM OF 8 ADULTS. We require 4 night minimum stay for Independence Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Wonderful Lake House

Conveniently located on the water and next to plenty of shops and restaurants. Home is spacious enough for 3 couples and children in the bunk room. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at this house.
