We have been utilizing this property for many years and thoroughly enjoy the cottage. We love the makeup of the inside works really well for our family. The lake has always been my favorite. We look forward to coming back again next year if that works out.
Our family is a lake-loving family, spending the majority of our time swimming, sailing and boating. The deep, clear lake is perfect for us, and the cottage is beautifully set up for our entire family of 10 to enjoy.
Our group of 8 very much enjoyed our vacation at this nice cabin on Lake Lucerne July 5, 2026-July 11, 2026. We found the cabin to be as advertised and check-in went smoothly. The cabin was clean and had plenty of space for daily activities. Plenty of linens and beach towels for everyone. Fun was had by all in the hot tub. The dock accommodated our 175 fish and ski boat nicely. The swim raft was great. Hosts Eunice and Nathan were easy to work with.
We had a great girls weekend, winter reading escape. The size of the home was perfect and the kitchen accommodate all our needs. The fireplace and sauna were the cherries on top of a very cold January weekend.
Great stay! had what we needed. Unfortunately couldnt use sauna as it was very much frozen shut but otherwise it was a good location for our snowmobiling weekend. Definitely need 4 wheel drive for the steep driveway
Early fall visit. Gorgeous foilage. Beautiful home, spacious and perfect for multigen families or friend groups. Lovely grounds with clear lake views. Easy to use wood fire hot tub, was a delight.Sauna also was a hit.10/10 would stay again.
My wife and I came here for a three-day getaway and it was fantastic. We booked last minute, so we weren't sure what we would get, but it turned out great. She is on crutches, so we wanted a place that would be somewhat handicap-accessible, and this, for the most part, fit the bill. This is a beautiful property with a nice shoreline and the perfect distance from the opposite shore, It felt like a cozy lake with views of the changing trees. It had a well-kept yard and a wooded, rocky shoreline with steps right down to the water. The hot tub was nice with a view (across the driveway and yard) of the lake. It would have been nicer if it were closer, but I'm nitpicking. It is a wood-fired hot tub, so you have to have to plan early, as it takes a few hours - and an entire bundle of wood - to heat. A few sticks won't do it. You need a proper blaze. The house itself was wonderful and felt like home from the moment we opened the door. Big windows, a nice fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very cozy. The master bedroom is a bit small so we ended up putting a lot of our luggage in the bedroom next door. I was not a fan of the mattresses and pillows, but my wife liked them just fine. I brought my hammock and slept in it one night. It was fantastic. If you're looking for a cabin that is wheelchair accessible this is not quite it. It has everything you need on the first floor, but it has several interior steps and a small step onto the deck.
A great place for a family to stay! We were there the last week of August and it was unseasonably cool but we still had plenty of fun. The wood burning fire place, hot tub, and sauna made for a cozy stay. The lake water was so clean and clear. We were able to rent a boat and have it delivered to the lake.
Magical property. Deep woods feel and on a lake. We saw the Milky Way at night and everything about our experience was wonderful. The host has a really special place here and the vibe was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be visiting their peaceful escape again. Thank you for having us!
