About this property

Beautiful Bayside Condo Perfect for Families

Over 1,500 square feet of spacious living area. We have two balconies where fireworks and the bay can be viewed from. There are brand new tvs in every bedroom and living room, even a wii and PlayStation for the kids. There is a king bed in master and guest bedroom. The 3rd bedroom had two full beds. Both the master and guest bedroom have access to back balcony through the bedrooms. There's a full kitchen for all your cooking needs.
There are one parking spot in the garage and an outdoor shower to rinse off your beach chairs after a day at the beach. We take pride in our home and keep it extremely clean.
We are in a safe family friendly neighborhood, but walking distance to restaurants, minigolf, sightseeing tours, ice cream shops and other nightlife. Bring your boat and rent a boat slip nearby. Walk the 6 blocks to the boardwalk, Moreys Pier, and beach. Wildwood has so much to do!

Please note we only rent to families or people over the age of 25! No parties of any kind, including bachelor/bachelorette participants. Please take into consideration we are on the third floor with no elevator and you have to bring your garbage to the trash center at the end of your stay.

Cathy is definitely the hostess with the mostest!! Her condo is wonderful!! It’s in a great location that is very close to the beach. She also thought of everything- there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t already there. I would gladly stay here when in Wildwood again!!

Our stay

Very nice place. Would like to of know that had to go up that amount of stairs in unconditioned area prior as we both have had knee surgery and my husband has breathing issues. Also advertises 2 park spots but at time of rental find out only can use 1 as other houses owners golf cart, and were told the 1 spot is a tight spot as shared with neighbor in case prefer to park on street. So one of our vehicles had to park on street. Then we find out we have to take our household trash to an off site trash yard, that was not convenient with an SUV no trunk and would expect onsite trash service provided with the fee paid for this condo. And we opted to pay $100.00 for owner to provide sheets and towels which ok if have to pay for them but they gave us each 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 5 days. That was a little disappointing. But the place was very nice and clean.

Incredible Stay

The location was superb and was close to the boardwalk (not even 5-10mins by car) which was ideal ! Cathy was an amazing host - responded to any questions promptly as well as gave us precise and thorough information that we would need for our stay so checking in and out was stress-free and effortless. Had an incredible time - Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent choice

Our stay at Cathy's property was fantastic. The house was clean, accommodating (equipped with kitchen supplies, games, washer and dryer, hand towels, cleaning supplies, soap, you name it!), and cozy. It was at a convenient location (we walked to the beach and the boardwalk no problem). The tenants around us were quiet and respectful. Parking was convenient. Lovely balcony as well. I had a race planned for Sunday afternoon (our last day) and Cathy was nice enough to extend our check out time for a bit which made all the difference when preparing for my race. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it. :)

Great place away from the main streets

This place was an excellent choice for us, it was very spacious and had a very welcoming feel. Cathy was very pleasant and easy to talk to, she provided every detail needed for our stay. The main streets and boardwalk are a reasonable walk away if youd like to stay somewhere a bit quieter. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone, we had a great time! Thanks!

Great long weekend!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend with 2 other couples and our children and absolutely loved the unit. It's located on a quiet street away from any loud bars which was great as our kids are little (3 and 1.5). The unit was very clean and cozy. It felt very comfortable and bright. The unit was clean and it was a great pleasure to work with Cathy. She is very nice and accommodating. The check out is at 11am but she allowed us an extra hour or even a little more to check out as it is a hassle to pack everyone and get everyone out the door (especially with little kids). We have had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would rent again. Thank you.
