This updated, one-story, pet-friendly villa in the family-friendly community of Linkside Village offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation with activities galore. Nestled on spectacular beach and bay-front-only 8 miles east of Destin, Sandestin offers something for everyone. This beautiful, spacious home features a bright, updated kitchen with granite and pass-through bar to the dining room with seating for six. Pet Fee: $100.00 Per Pet Max of 3 Pets, 50 Lbs and Under. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. No Cats Allowed!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is a clean and comfortable space with a fenced backyard for our little dog. Sandestin is a peaceful resort near 30A, Destin, and PCB where we have made many memories over the years.

Every thing was bare bones . Only one pot with a lid so there was no cooking for the family possible.There were no extra towels . The bathroom tissue was poor quality . The shower head was not flexible or able to extend.I would not stay there again it was depressing. The atmosphere was distasteful.I cannot recommend it. The only positive was the air conditioning was very comfortable.

For the benefit of future guests, we would like to clarify that this home is stocked with bath linens based on the maximum occupancy. For your reservation, we provided 16 bath towels, and the home is also equipped with a washer and dryer so towels can be laundered during longer stays. While extra towels are not included, we strive to provide an appropriate supply for each reservation. We appreciate you bringing the cookware to our attention. We will review the kitchen inventory to ensure it is adequately equipped for preparing family meals. The shower is equipped with a fixed shower head, which is the style installed in this home and is not designed to extend or detach. We're pleased to hear the air conditioning kept you comfortable during your stay. We value all guest feedback, as it helps us evaluate our homes and continue improving the guest experience. Family Beach Week

The house was as advertised, clean, spacious and worked very well for a family of four and dogs. The family had a great time at the resort and the area. Definitely recommend the location for a quiet get away

Highly recommend!

Great property. My wife and I take our parents, child, niece and nephews to Destin annually. This was a wonderful rental. Had everything we needed, perfect location, easy check in and out, and golf cart was a HUGE plus

Fun in the Sun in Destin!

The property is located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The backyard is completely fenced in for pups which is fantastic. The kitchen has all of the comforts of home.
