2 bedroom sunny apartment in a small quiet residence overlooking the Cabo Roig strip (quiet side of the street).
Everything within walking distance: sea, bars & restaurants, shops, street market (Thursdays).
No need for car. Closest beach just a short 5-10 min walk. Beautiful walking path along the sea, marinas, many cafés & restaurants. La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre just 2 km away.
Master bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom two single beds, living room with sofa-bed.
Spacious south-east facing terrace with BBQ, access from living-dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen: ceramic cooktop, electric oven, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. Crockery and kitchen utensils: plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, etc.
Nespresso coffee machine, french press.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, iron & clothes horse, hair dryer, extra towels.
