If you don’t mind the smell of smoke in both bedrooms (in a supposedly smoke free home) and the opossum in the trash can, it was very nice. Well set up, quiet street, clean and new. The host responded “Oh no” to our concern about the smoke and then nothing! It was pouring rain but we had to have all windows open and fans on to get rid of the smoke smell (and two of us have severe asthma). The opossum was mostly a curiosity.

We really enjoyed our stay in Decatur! The house is absolutely charming, with plenty of room for four adults, including lovely bathroom and kitchen renovations. Ashley was very easy to contact via the VRBO app and very quick to respond to our questions. The location was perfect for our needs (a little bit of Atlanta tourism and a lot of bit of family in the Emory University/Druid Hills area).

Beautifully redecorated and clean home. Really close to all Decatur has to offer including restaurants, downtown Decatur, and Your DeKalb Farmers Market. Really nice to have two en suite bathrooms.

This beautiful townhome was the perfect place to explore Decatur and Atlanta. It was perfectly located near all shopping and dining experiences, while being in a peaceful and convenient location. The accommodations were spotlessly clean; props to the cleaning team/person. The house is tasteful, functional, and loaded with amenities for a medium to long stay. The kitchen is a dream, the washer/dryer amazing, and the two bedrooms BOTH have a private bath en-suite. The neighborhood is a wonderfully quiet, safe, and walker-friendly place, with a nice dog-friendly park nearby. This, in conjunction with two MARTA stations in walking distance makes getting around very convenient. Parking is a breeze, with the private driveway; which makes unloading/loading the car seamless. There is even an outdoor space, front porch rocker, and sunroom; although the weather was not that cooperative during my stay for much outdoor use. This place is a gem and a great choice for a stay in the Atlanta area.
