The house is almost new, in a nice part of town, and just a short drive or bicycle ride to a grocery store and most amenities. Annie was very responsive to our requests. We didn't realize that the pool was not heated, so the cool weather for the first week of our stay meant that the water got very cold, and even with fantastic weather the second week we were still unable to use the pool. I don't recall if the ad stated it wasn't heated, but it is possible that I missed that information. A heater on the pool would have resulted in 5*, but for now we can give it just 4*.
