Unit 112 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. The building is situated directly on the beach and the unit has been completely renovated. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed, and there is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping (not a sleeper sofa).

This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access and a large heated pool only a few steps from your patio. This ground floor, pool front unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Had a great time!

The condo is neat, clean, and light. We were on the ground floor, close to the pool and the beach. The pool is large and and the grounds are well kept. The weather was perfect and we had a wonderful at the Cocoa Beach Club.

Tremendous!!!!!!

Fifth year booking through this company. The experience from start to finish each time has been tremendous. Great location great facilities great people and GREAT customer service. Could not be more pleased and have never had any issue or complaints. I only wish that I had started staying there years ago. We will be there for as many years to come that we can.

Great vacation spot

The condo was clean and exactly as described. Right on the beach with a courtesy shower to get all the sand off. Everything we could have needed for our family vacation :)

Look no further. This is the place to stay in cocoa!

This was the perfect place for a young family to stay in cocoa. Super spacious. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Super close to the pool and beach. The parking is literally right outside the front door which is clutch when you’re bringing in all the luggage and stuff for the kids/babies. We will definitely be back!

Spotless with Excellent Location

This property is very clean and well kept. Excellent location just steps from the beach and the pier. Many shops and other restaurants are within a short walk as well.
