Cocoa Beach Club 211 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!
Unit 211 is a split level unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. A significant benefit to this unit is that you can comfortably sleep six people in the two bedrooms without having to use a pull-out sofa or part of your living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room if needed.

This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool and a putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Important Accessibility Information: There is no elevator and all units are split-level with stairs inside and all bedrooms upstairs. Please be aware, the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the details before booking.

Overall great stay. Large heated pool that the kids loved. Nice location on great beach. Lots of restaurants near by. Host was great. Was hoping to see a rocket launch, but it got rescheduled. Would recommend and stay again.

This was our second time staying at this complex, but first time in this unit. This unit was great for our family. Perfect size and location. The kids loved swimming in the pool every day and we were just steps away from the beach. Already looking forward to returning next year!

The location of the condo is excellent. It's an hour away from Orlando and a half hour to the airport. There is a private access to the beach which is steps away.The condo itself is dated and average for the money. I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worse. The owner is responsive but he should inspect it more often and more thoroughly.Because of rust and pealing, I suggest he replace as much metal and wood as feasible. Not the owners fault but the pool area is very restrictive. Overall, it's not a bad place but could be better with refurbishing.

The vocation was fabulous. However, the basic amenities inthe condo were not overly great. The cookware is very basic and not very expanded. Previous condos have supplied cooking spray, basic salt and pepper, simple spices. This condo did not so buying that sort of thing for a small stay is not what was expected. The facilities are very quiet, which is great. The parking is designated and which is great. With communication of the owners or management absolute fabulous. The bathrooms do not have a lot of counter space so if you’re expecting to have a space to put your stuff out, you do not have that. The condo is also on the opposite side of the building so you don’t get a lot of sun or any sun on your deck but you can see the water from your deck. The pool area is very clean and quiet the putting green is a great accessory to your stay. The location is very centrally located within minutes of local shopping, restaurants nightlife, etc. I would stay there again however I would suggest they upgrade the utensils and their cooking essentials, pot pans, spices, cooking spray, etc..

Wonderful! Amazing location, right on the beach, fantastic pool, and everything we needed! Condo was clean, exactly as advertised and we had excellent communication with the owners. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if we visit Cocoa Beach. It was also only an hour drive to Orlando/Disney!

Es war ok, mehr aber auch nicht

Die Lage ist top, Check in war wunderbar, groß und geräumig, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Leider gibt es aber einige Punkte, die dringend geändert werden müssten: Pool zum Teil marode Küche nicht sauber (vor allem in den Schränken Schimmeliger Duschvorhang Dreckige Decken Fliegengitter an der Balkontür kaputt und nicht nutzbar Gerne können auch Fotos geschickt werden.

Cocoa Beach Surf's Up!

We were totally happy with the condo. The bedrooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well supplied, there was even beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc. available for our use. The pool was nice and large. We had covered parking right at our doorway. The property was quiet and relaxing. The location couldn't be better - right on the beach, 3 doors from the pier, walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. It was a great stay all around and we will definitely stay there again.

Very clean well taken care of. Very nice showers and air conditioning. Very nice having beach access, & beach amenities. Good location for shopping and dining. Slight ant infestation & closet door was broken, but nothing that ruined our vacation in the slightest. Views at the pool, and a partial beach view. Quiet property. Would definitely stay here again.
