Steps to the beach

Great location, very attentive hosts that make you feel at home. Clean and only steps to the beach as advertised, close enough to walk around the local eateries and a fresh local produce access at the valley farm market just a block away. It’s the perfect location for a quick getaway

We loved our stay. It was the perfect space for a week long vacation. The space was clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The best part is being so close to Windandsea Beach - amazing location! Also appreciated the responsiveness to messages and easy check in/check out too. 10/10!

This is a charming, very well maintained property in a great location. The host and maintenance staff were welcoming and responded to requests promptly. During our two week stay we had all kinds of weather, the heat worked great on the chill days and on the warmer days we enjoyed opening the windows to the sea breezes. It was equipped with everything we needed, and the furniture was very comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again.

The cottage is quaint and well appointed with everything you need to stay as if you’re living there full time. We have family in the area and were able to host on a deck well suited for entertaining. All questions or minor issues were addressed promptly and with great care.We plan to visit LaJolla again and look to NXT for a place to stay.

Great location to be close to the beach. Enjoyed the outdoor area and grill quite a bit. Place was well equipped with most everything we needed. The host was responsive and communicative. All in all good property in La Jolla!
