Property was exactly as expected. My family had fun using the bikes and enjoyed the walk to the village. The beach was easily accessible.

We have loved Tivoli over the years it has truly become a special place for our family. It was my vacation spot growing up as a young girl and now as an adult it’s so meaningful to return and create those same memories again. We plan to continue bringing our family back for years to come.The location and amenities are hard to beat. Every single unit we have booked throughout the years has a beautiful beach view. The balcony is always the first area we go to after getting access to the unit. The pool and beach access are tremendously convenient, and we love being able to easily walk to the village or take an even shorter bike ride through the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. Cleanliness seems to be a top priority as we have never experienced anything less than a pristine unit.Be sure to check the cupboard before hitting Morton’s or Publix! There are essentials like coffee, seasoning, and oils that are shared / leftover from prior occupants which definitely came in handy!Tivoli is such a gem, and I spread the word about it whenever I can. We always look forward to coming back.

The condo was just as pictured! It was very clean, nicely decorated and the management staff was great. The condo does have 3 beach chairs in the closet (and there are more beach chairs by the pool). It did not come with a beach umbrella/canopy so we went to a local store to pick one up. We also purchased a box fan for the veranda which helped with the humidity. The salt water pool is very nice and clean. My children (ages 9 and 16) enjoyed playing basketball and pickle ball. The private beach was also amazing! The quartz felt great on your feet as soon as you opened the Tivoli gate and took your first step. The sandbars were lovely and my family mostly played volleyball and tossed the football around since it was so shallow. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay at this condo again.
