Condo was clean and had plenty of room. Everyone having their own space (and bathroom) really makes traveling with the family less stressful. Loved it! Two huge master suites with king beds and another bedroom with a queen bed and two bunk beds provided plenty of space for our family and friends! The water park was a huge hit with the kids (splash pads, lazy river, several pools and a hot tub!) and being able to enjoy it in the sun and shade was great for the younger and older adults. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit!

The condo was perfect for our group of 9!! Had a private room and bath that was perfect for my mom!! I do wish Splash had a ramp to the bea CB for wheelchairs!! Inside the condo was perfect! Loved the decorations!!! Owner was quick to answer any questions. Check out was as easy as checking in!

The property was amazing! The kids had fun during our entire stay. It’s right on the beach and even comes with a couple beach chairs. The pools and hot tub were nice and the splash pad was great for the younger kids to play on. We will definitely be back during warmer weather.

Beautiful condo! Lots of room! Provided high chair and port a crib for my granddaughter. Had everything we needed to prepare breakfast(which is all we cooked). All beds were very comfortable. Very clean and the owners answered all my messages fast and efficiently. No problems whatsoever. We will definitely rent from Bill and Susan again. Great resort to stay in with children!!!

We have been coming to PCB for over 40 years. We love it down here. We rented for a long time until we decided to take the plunge and buy a place. Our home base is Tennessee. The contrast between the two locales is great. You come down often enough and you may do the same! Thanks for looking at our place!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Splash Resorts for two main reasons: Location & World Class Facility

Splash is in the middle of things but close enough to the edge that you can miss the traffic when you need to drive somewhere. You are close to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. City Pier, Shipwreck Water Park and practically every good restaurant are five minutes away.

The second reason is the facility itself. There is something for young and old alike. The arcade and water park for the kids is first class. They can even shop Alvin's Island without leaving the grounds. The fitness and work out center is top notch. Where else can you workout while gazing at the ocean? The pools are large and roomy and the lazy river is my favorite.

What makes this property unique

This property has 2 heated pools, a lazy river, 1 jacuzzi, fitness center overlooking the gulf, and an amazing kids water play area!! Pedestrian friendly! Pier Park with activities, cinemas, restaurants and shopping less than 1 mile away. Covered parking available.
