We created this home because we were tired of rentals that looked good online but felt stressful in real life. Here, nothing is accidental. The flow makes sense, the spaces breathe, and the details quietly support rest instead of demanding attention.
Out front, a 100-year-old oak tree sets the tone. When we first saw it, we knew exactly what it needed: a proper swing. The kind you remember from childhood. The kind where conversations slow down and shoulders finally drop. Guests consistently tell us it’s everyone’s favorite part of the stay.
Inside, the home offers four bedrooms that comfortably sleep eight—without anyone feeling stacked on top of each other. The layout balances togetherness and privacy, making it easy to gather when you want and retreat when you need quiet.
Whether you’re gathering for a meaningful celebration, a girls’ weekend, or a busy weekend of events, the house is designed to make being together feel easy.
Sleep (This Is the Point)
We don ’t treat sleep as an afterthought—because tired people don’t need “cute,” they need real rest.
Every bed is intentionally layered for deep, uninterrupted sleep:
Cooling comfort support mattresses
Extra-thick pillowtop mattress covers
Down-alternative pillows and fluffy duvets
100% extra-long-staple Egyptian cotton sheets (1000 thread count, lustrous sateen weave)
Guests regularly describe the sleep as “heaven.” One guest loved the setup so much she asked for purchasing details for everything on the bed so she could recreate it at home.
Bathrooms are stocked with Apotheke shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel—plant-based with calming notes of eucalyptus, crisp bergamot, and chamomile. It’s the kind of scent that makes you slow down instead of rushing through.
Layout & Bedrooms
This 1960s split-level offers approximately 2,000 square feet laid out in a way that actually works.
Primary bedroom: King bed with ensuite bath
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
The communal areas feel open but grounded, and the kitchen stays connected so coffee, meals, and conversation happen naturally.
Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor areas are designed for both movement and stillness:
Mini pickleball court when you need to burn off energy
Shady hammock under the oaks for afternoon naps
Brick courtyard with seating around a linear fire pit
Bistro lights over the patio for long, unhurried evenings
Outdoor grill for meals under the stars
Large grassy backyard that dogs absolutely love
At the base of the oak, you’ll also meet Woo, Hoo, and Kazoo—three ceramic frogs positioned like they’re cheering you on as you arrive. It’s a small, joyful detail that makes people smile every time.
