This fabulous rental features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and essential amenities like heating, iron, AC, and WiFi. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We are near to a bike trail and have Association lake beach access in the neighborhood. Just to minute drive to a bay beach.

Cozy and comfortable little place with easy access to places all over Cape Cod. Katherine was very helpful with places to go and places to eat. Enjoyable few days were spent in this spot with a peaceful and relaxing garden in front.

We have been renting to guests for 13 years. We love sharing our place and location with guests from all over. We are pretty local so we know a lot about great beaches and restaurants as well as a lot of local lore! We hope to make your vacation one that is memorable!

Why they chose this property

We love our spot on Cape Cod and hope you will too! We are in a quiet association neighborhood with a beach on Seymours Pond. We are also close to the bike trail and bay beaches.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has its own entrance and is fenced in. It includes a long covered porch for enjoying your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. It makes for great bird watching and occasional bunnies as well!
