Spacious town house in Kirkwood

Spacious 2 bedroom + loft, 3 full bathrooms town house, with space for 8 people sleeping in proper beds.

WINTER
Ski back home from the slopes on Home Run!
5-min walk to Timber Creek, Sky School and chairlifts 7/9 and 10-min walk to the Village and chairlifts 5/6/1/2/11/10. Free shuttle at the bottom of the driveway (plowed in the winter).

SUMMER
Endless hiking, may from the house without having to drive to headrails, and beautiful lakes for swimming, kayaking, fishing,
Mountain biking.

THE HOUSE
There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balcony. The third sleeping space is a loft with a daybed.

The main floor includes an additional full bathroom with washing machine and dryer, open floor kitchen and fireplace.

Where you will sleep:
The upstairs bedroom has 1 king bed and a bunk bed (2 singles), space for 1 trundle, en-suite bathroom, closet, blackout curtains.
The bedroom downstairs has 1 bunk full-over-queen and a single day bed, plus space for 1 trundle, en suite bathroom, closet, blackout curtains.
The loft has 1 daybed plus space for a trundle.
We have linens available for the trundles, but these beds will not be made.

Smart TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. Log in into your apps at your convenience.

Enclosed parking for 1 car in the garage and free parking along the property line (see picture). No parking is allowed in the cul-de-sac where the property is located, this area must be kept clear for emergency vehicles and snow removal if needed.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our property. We want to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and safe. Please be aware that the loft area in this accommodation is elevated and requires extra caution.

For safety reasons, we ask that you adhere to the following rules:
- No climbing on the loft railings or structures.
- No jumping from the loft or furniture.
No standing on the coach or furniture.
- No children under the age of 5 are allowed in the loft area without supervision at all times.

By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any members of their party. The host assumes no liability for injuries or accidents that may occur due to failure to follow these guidelines. Guests agree to use the loft at their own risk.

Due to health concerns, this property cannot accommodate pets except for SERVICE animals.
For emotional support animals, we please ask you to submit a request now, at the time of booking. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. Without a previous request, a $200 fee will be charged for additional cleaning.
