So Understated!

This cottage is so understated. The cottage is newly renovated and the job didn't take any of the charm away! High end appliances throughout the kitchen and furnishings are so appropriately placed. The pictures don't show how spacious this cottage really is. Loved the screened porch!

This property appears to have been recently renovated. The kitchen features high-end appliances, and the bathrooms are beautifully updated — we especially appreciate the walk-in showers. The home is conveniently located near downtown and a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend this home!

Perfect location in st Mary's!

Very comfortable and clean. Had everything we wanted. Truly walkable to downtown st Mary's and the ferry to Cumberland Island. We didn't use our car at all during the stay. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and private, walkable to Ferry!

Great stay, super clean, stocked with everything we needed—and only about a 5 minute walk to the waterfront and Ferry. We almost rented a home on the main road but so glad we picked this home as it was quieter but still close proximity and walkable to all the restaurants. Clean and classy, comfortable beds, safe neighborhood. Loved St Mary’s and would stay here again! Stayed with our pup, nice yard and streets to accommodate dog walks.

Perfectly Charming Seagrove Cottage!

A charming little blue home set amongst moss covered citrus trees is idyllic for a relaxing visit in St Mary's. The descriptive listing and images of the property are exactly as indicated and the amenities all beautifully contemporary! Quaint, comfortable, convenient walking distance from waterfront, Historic Oak Grove Cemetery, many unique shops and restaurants. Excellent HVAC (it was HOT) and Wifi. Five Stars Happy - we will be back next year!

As far as we're concerned this is *THE* place to stay in Saint Marys. The property is walking distance to the riverfront. It is in a beautiful setting with moss draped trees in a well kept yard. The neighboring houses are a good distance away so we had plenty of privacy. The showers in both bathrooms were incredible; huge, clean, and beautiful. The kitchen was large, clean, and had nice appliances. Booking and check in was super smooth. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the area.A few things to note for others; There are no dressers or or any furniture with drawers for clothing storage in the smaller guest bedroom. If you're staying in that room be prepared to live out of your suitcase, or just pile things on the shelves in the closet. Also, be sure to turn off the ice maker in the fridge at night, it is quite loud when ice drops into the holding bin. Be aware the doorknobs to the bathrooms require some patience, don't panic if they spin without moving the latch, just grab the stem behind the knob, press in, and turn slowly. But those are very minor things for all the benefits this property offers.
