The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off AC/ Heat unit. All used dishes, pans should be cleaned thoroughly and replaced. The cooktop,  the oven, and the grill outside should be clean as well. 
Our cleaning crew will be happy to clean kitchen after your stay, but we will charge you $60 of the cleaning fee.
Please report any damage that happened during your stay so we can fix or replace it before guests' new arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests will receive all information 24 hours prior to the arrival. The hot tub availability depends on the condition and the weather.
Guests need to confirm that they agree with the house rules and the hot tub waiver to receive the entry code.
Only the guests included in the reservation can stay on the property. Receiving guests that are not included in the reservation is not allowed.

Beautiful location and fun little house. Perks were the screened porch and bathrobes. Shower is a little quirky but nothing unusual for a summer cottage. If you don't get out of the city much, it's lovely and take a look at the stars at night.
