One of the very best rentals we have experienced. Ideal location to reach the beaches of San Clemente, Dana Point and Laguna Beach (no more than15 to 20 minutes by car). The house is modern and well appointed. Kitchen is wonderful, fully stocked. Huge yard in back with fireplace and grill. 3 bedrooms with fan in each - house has excellent air conditioning. Can't say enough good things about this house except I wish I had known about it in the previous 4 years of coming to the beach communities in Southern California where I foolishly rented closer to the water at a much greater expense. The owner is always immediately available and supportive by text. The neighborhood is surrounded by a dozen parks close by and is very easy to navigate.

Came for a skimboard competition in Aliso Beach. Needed space for multiple competitors and this house was great. 20 minutes to beach. Hot showers for all and Plenty of space. Suggest extra fan for bathrooms, provide chairs and umbrella for beach and extra blankets for beds. Could use some new towels as the ones provided were a bit ragged. Didn’t cook but kitchen has a lot of plates and pots and spices provided. Backyard was super quiet and wish we had more time to spend out there. Didn’t get to use fire pit thing. Would stay again if we come to compete again.

Great house and a great location

The house was lovely. Very clean and well stocked. We all loved the backyard and ate most of our meals outside. Grill and firepit worked easily. It's in a very nice location, close to the freeway and a large shopping mall. Even though it's close to a major road and just minutes from the freeway, the portion of the road by the house is very quiet and we were never disturbed by traffic sounds.
