The cottage is only three minutes walk to Spout Yard Park with children's play area, four minutes walk to Louth Museum, and five minutes walk to the centre of the charming market town of Louth with its three screen cinema, many restaurants, pubs, independent shops, and thrice weekly markets. Riverhead Theatre is a little further (perhaps 20 mins walk); as is Hubbards Hills (one of the treasures of Louth). The Meridian Centre (with superb facilities including a large swimming pool; children's fun pool; gym; badminton; table tennis etc) is only 1.5 miles away. The cottage also provides an excellent base to explore the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds and sandy beaches on the coast.

Very disappointed, the property listed was not the property we stayed in, as you can see the photos are totally different to the listing. We are not happy with the price we paid for this property

Louth Cottage
Cottage furniture broke and sofa bed settee very uncomfortable practically sat on the floor.
Owner did responde when informed about broken table and sofa chair but these were not replaced during our stay. Had to clean the grill pan and cottage alittle dusty.had to spend alot of time out of cottage as uncomfortable to stay in.
Location near to everything.
There was no hot water for the first two days. We were told to boil a kettle but on the third day the kettle broke. Eventually the water heater was fixed. The property was dirty and the oven so filthy it was unusable. We stay in Louth a lot because of family and we were looking forward to using this as a regular place to stay but we will not be coming back here.
It was a quirky little cottage and on a very convenient location. We had a little hiccup at the beginning but the owner and manager dealt with it promptly. We had a lovely stay in Louth
The place was spotless, quite quirky and very central. Restaurants and shops on your doorstep. We had a brilliant weekend - thank you!

Comfortable and well appointed cottage
The pretty cottage was well decorated, clean and comfortable with everything needed for a short stay in Louth. We enjoyed exploring the town with its independent shops, good restaurants, lovely buildings and evening walks by the river and through the parks. The cottage is well situated for venturing into the beautiful Wolds and nearby coast, with its extensive stretches of sandy beaches and interesting salt marshes. A very happy stay thank you Theresa.
