Very clean and nicely decorated in calm colors. Large kitchen with everything you need to cook anything. This property has everything for a beautiful time away, including a fire pit, large treed lot, 4 minutes from the beach, and right in the middle of the village. It's pet and child friendly. A very fine experience here.

We don’t have one complaint about Roamin Empire. Very clean and roomy , they had all you need for cooking. It is close to so many things to do. This is our second stay and plan on coming back next fall. If you have children they have all the toys you can imagine. Nice bikes too!!! See you next year!!

Great family vacation spot in Empire! Cute house, great walkable location, nice back deck and grill, and great yard for the kids to play. The house was very clean when we arrived, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the selection of puzzles/paddle boards/beach supplies was a big plus! All around five stars, and we’d happily stay there again!

We had a great time and the property was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and pet friendly. Empire is a great location - the beach and trails are just steps away and sleeping bear dunes is a quick drive. Also, bikes and paddle boards are free to use.
