Close to everything! This charming home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & beautiful hardwood floors. Large kitchen has open views to the family room & dining room. Family room features a cozy fireplace with gas logs. Also offers available work space, full size laundry, covered parking, private patio & spacious back yard. Minutes from I-75, Truist Park, The Battery, Coca Cola Roxy, Marietta Square and White Water.

The Space: The house is a 4-sided brick, 1 level ranch with a 1 car carport. The primary bedroom has a private full bath and the 2 guest rooms share a 2nd full bath. Spacious kitchen has open site views to the family room and dining room. Additional spaces include a separate living room, laundry closet with full size washer/dryer, private patio and large fenced-in back yard.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire space with the exception of the owner's closet and partial unfinished basement. There is ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. On street parking for any additional vehicles is available on nearby neighborhood side streets. Note: We are located on a fairly busy street which has 2 lanes of traffic and a center turn lane. Please be aware some traffic noise is to be expected.

Originally from Alabama and my wife is from Louisiana, we are now practical natives of Marietta living here since 2004. We have 4 children that keep us busy and we enjoy hosting because we know we have a great place for people to stay (and we love to travel to furnished vacation properties as well - challenging to find a hotel with four kids).

Why they chose this property

This was our first home in Marietta and we loved living here. The convenient access to I-75 made commuting to work a breeze, and having access to both East and West Marietta / Cobb from this central location was great. The schools in the area are good and having the Braves / Battery down just down the road has been a great addition to the area!

What makes this property unique

This home is a nice brick ranch that features 3 beds and 2 bath with extremely convenient access to major interstates and backroads. For many people, this location cuts off at least 30 minutes of their commute wherever they are going because it is so close to everything. Fenced back yard gives a nice outdoor space and the home is great for visiting for a week or longer, and can also be a great place to come for a special occasion for people traveling and looking for somewhere with enough room for their family or friends.
