If either the Golf Chart, Hot Tub or the Barbeque are used, the people renting accept all liability and are responsible for paying for all damages.
No parking on the street is permitted.
Forms for accepting liability are required for use of Golf Chart and for use of Hot Tub. The Hot Tub fee is an additional $10 day for the rental.

Great Host and Location

We had a fantastic stay! Glenn, the host, was super friendly, incredibly accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself was in a great location—close to everything we needed—and the size was just perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect accommodations, well stocked home with everything we could hope for. Location was perfect for all the activities at all of the town squares. Used as home base for visiting Universal and Disney parks. Close to several recreation centers and pools. Glenn answered all of our questions and set us up with resident passes and guest passes. Ed, who takes care of the property was very helpful. Was great to have use of a golf cart.

We just purchased this house. We are new at renting. We are traveling every month for the next year. For that reason we are renting our home. It is a homey home with tons of everything you might need. It's quiet, no one looking at you. We know you will love our home as we do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is a quiet one, in an established area, near several town centers, country clubs and golf courses. Our township is Amelia, we are near several Country Club golf courses: Odell, Havana, and Mallory. Lake Sumpter town center is nearby.

What makes this property unique

The size is just right. Not too big and not too small. We do not have the restrictions that some homes have. You will have a golf chart, a barbeque, and in the near future we plan to add a spa. The Lanai is air conditioned. The house has never been used for rentals until now.
