Why they chose this property
I did not choose this neighborhood. This neighborhood chose me. Even though toes up resort is in downtown New Braunfels. It is completely private. If you hang out in the resort area, you can hang out all night long. There are no neighbors or noise restrictions. Absolutely 100% while still being minutes from downtown New Braunfels and Gruene

Toes up resort is a one-of-a-kind property located just four blocks from Schlitterbahn and minutes from downtown New Braunfels and Gruene. That being said, the absolute privacy of this location is what makes it so special.
