The Space:
This beautiful 4 bed 3 bath home is newly renovated and can come with a golf cart for a nominal cost! The inside of the home is updated with stylish but comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has its own smart TV for your use. All three bathrooms are also updated. One has a walk-in shower and the other two have a shower/tub combo. This property has two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs, both stocked with everything you need to whip up a great meal! The upstairs living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter. The backyard is fully fenced in, and the gate can be opened to create one large space or closed to create two separate areas for pets. The yard also includes a fire pit, an outdoor shower with hot water, and some beach items for your use.
The home now includes the entire downstairs apartment which is approximately 800 square feet and includes a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. If you have family members that prefer their space or cannot climb stairs, this home is the perfect option for you as they can walk right into the downstairs apartment without having to utilize any stairs.
The best thing about this home is the location. It's just 1 mile from east beach. It's a quick 9-10 minute walk to The King and Prince, The Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and many other island favorites. There is a golf cart at the home that can be rented for an additional charge (see below). If you are interested in the golf cart, please inquire about pricing and availability. The home is pet friendly, but pets must be approved prior to booking.

More than 7 days but less than 1 month would be $90 per day.
1 Month = $1,500
If your stay is between April 1 and September 1, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.
Note:
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
There is a small apartment on the bottom of the home. You have access to the entire space as the downstairs is no longer rented separately.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.
After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!
Guest Access:
Access is easy via an electronic lock on the front door or the left side door through the gate if you prefer to enter the property from the ground floor.
The Neighborhood:
South end of St. Simons Island - close to beaches, shops, restaurants and grocery stores.
Other Things to Note:
For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
