Charming 1-bedroom apartment in Lynchburg near LU and hospitals

This one bedroom apartment is close to Liberty University, downtown Lynchburg and Timberlake. You will have this entire apartment to yourself with a full kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed and desk.

This is a basement apartment and my small family lives upstairs so you will hear us from time to time. The heat and air is controlled by me so it stays cool in the basement.

As described

Everything is as described. One bedroom with a queen bed, and a pull-out twin in the living space. It was only 3 of us so it worked. When we thought we had more staying with us, the host did offer an air mattress. As described, it is a basement apartment, so yes you hear moving around upstairs. As described, the owner upstairs keeps it cool/cold. This was fine for me, but if you're someone who gets cold easily, be prepared with socks and a sweatshirt. There are plenty of blankets in the unit as well. There are steps down to the yard, stepping stones, and steps down the side of the house. No railings, so just be aware if you're someone with mobility issues. Parking is streetside.
