Welcome to Caribbean Breeze at Pineapple Village! The absolute best of both worlds - private, villa-style living at a poolside location in a peaceful enclosed setting - all within a 1 minute, completely flat walk to the Margaritaville Resort for outdoor music, terrific restaurants, bars and the beach! And a 10 minute walk to Coki Beach - widely known as the best snorkeling on the island and Coral World, a must see attraction snorkeling, diving and family underwater fun! Caribbean Breeze has something for every vacationer - all wrapped in one!

Located 50-100' from the beautiful very large upgraded Pineapple Village pool! It also has a kid pool and outdoor picnic areas with tables, chairs and coaches! From the pool area the Margaritaville Market is a 2 minute walk for basic staples such as Milk/Bread/Beer/Sandwiches/coffee and many beach accessories!

Pineapple Village is a beautiful private villa association located behind the security gates of Wyndam's Margaritaville Vacation Resort. Caribbean Breeze at Pineapple Village is a completely remodeled 1850 s.f. 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath private villa that is the perfect vacation rental, sleeping up to 10 people. This spacious and custom designed villa has more than plenty room for any large family or multiple families.

The outdoor living space is beautifully landscaped, plenty of landscape lighting and well-equipped for villa lifestyle with Adirondeck chairs and an outdoor dining room table and chairs and a great bar! There is shade at the sitting and eating areas from 3-4pm for breezy outdoor dining surrounded by tropical plantings, palm trees and gardens.

Each large bedroom has its own walk in closet, shower and separate vanity, 40" smart TV, multiple beds (and additional roll-aways) and brand new sliders with access to landscaped patios. Each bedroom has a new split A/C unit that is super quiet and cools the room down in minutes. Generally, the ceiling fans provide enough cooling with the breeze from the open sliders in this breezy villa.

The custom designed kitchen has everything you can want and more. Windows overlooking the beautiful courtyard, an island with bar stools, stocked cabinets, granite counter top and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of dishes, plates, glasses, silverware, wine and margarita glasses, pots/pans, etc. are there if you want to cook some meals! Toaster, blender, coffee maker - you will feel right at home! Steps away from the kitchen in a very large tiled courtyard is a gas powered grill!

The villa was spotless, with everything you could possibly need. Antonella, the host, had excellent communication, and she responded quickly to any questions. The location was perfect, the pool was 50 yards away, and as advertised, Margaritaville and the beach were a short walk. Coki Beach, a 10-minute walk, was great for food, drinks, and snorkeling. We did the Snorkel Cat trip to St.Johns, which leaves from the resort, and it was a great convenience. We shopped at Cost-U-Less ( a Caribbean Costco-style store) for our food needs, which was a great find for 6 people who like to eat in. Basically, an overall great vacation.

Check in experience was not smooth, while i asked in advance if checking in a little early it at 3 pm would be okay the host said it should be no problem but when we arrived with the family the lock didn’t work. There was also no wifi in the backyard, and no internet on the island. Host didn’t respond to my texts and calls for 1 hour so we were stuck waiting. The host only responded an hour later (4 pm) apparently the lock was programmed to work with our code strictly at 4 pm check in time so we were misguided about early check in and felt very confused and tired from 1 hour wait without communication or internet. Overall the villa and location were good. There were no toiletries (no shampoo, no conditioner, no body wash, just a soap) which i think is a pretty basic thing to provide. Guests should consider that while packing.

Amazing area

Absolutely amazing area. we loved the private court yard and the pool seldom had people at it. Short walk to Coral world and Linquist beach was right down the road. Had a couple questions while there and the host responded immediately, there were no issues with the property.

Our family of 9 spent 10 days in this lovely villa. The location was very convenient to Red Hook, where we found restaurants, the ferry to St John and the dock we chartered a boat from for an all day snorkeling trip. The villa itself was spacious, clean, private and comfortable. When we had a question, the owners responded promptly to solve our question.

Relaxing time in Pineapple Village!

Our group of friends stayed in this beautiful condo in Pineapple Village. The place had everything we could possibly need. Spacious and immaculate, close to a quiet pool and a few minute walk to Margaritaville bar and restaurant. We had no issues at all, but the owner Antonella checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time. We couldn’t have asked for more - the photos are accurate and they supplied everything including beach towels and beach Chairs. A 10 minute walk to Coki beach which had a fun vibe and crystal clear water. Taxis were always available at Margaritaville so that made it easy to get around. Great time!

Great property! The villa was well furnished and I was happy to find cleaning products available and a new washing machine. The hosts responded immediately to texts. The only negative is the cost of taxis for a family. You can walk to Coki Beach and definitely take children to Coral World. The outdoor space was very enjoyable. The pool is very close and several days it was ours alone. I highly recommend this property

Fabulous location, perfectly appointed and comfortable accommodations. Felt right at home immediately. Beautiful beachy decor that is warm and inviting. Loved walking out to the beach each morning. Ample outdoor furniture, comfy couches and plenty of space for 10 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast and some dinners in. Pool was perfect - quiet and private. Can walk to 2 beaches - and short drive to fabulous restaurants in Red Hook. Owners responsive and so nice! Can’t wait to go back! Would absolutely stay here again!

Pineapple Village condo

The condo was very clean and spacious for our large family vacation of 8. NIce and fully stocked kitchen and supplied beach towels and beach chairs made day trips to the different beaches very easy. Also nice to have some supplied coolers for the beach excursions. Only issue we experienced was a power failure to the property which was not and issue with the condo. Found out that power failure was at the meter. Only bring that up because the condo had a backup generator so we still had electricity during our stay. Communcation with our host during the incident was easy and quick. If I traveled to St. Thomas again I would definitely stay here.

Great Location

Great location. Close to restaurants, taxis, and kid activities. Property is nice. Comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of roll away beds available if needed. Property manager was attentive and responsive. Place could have been a little bit cleaner, but overall it was fine. Water pressure was a bit low and took a while to heat up, but not too much of a nuisance. Would definitely recommend for families.

Perfect Getaway

Would give this property 5+ rating. We spent 20 days here. It offered everything we were looking for. Everything in the listing is true. It offered all the comfort of home. Completely supplied kitchen, bedding, towels, beach chairs, lighted patio with furniture. Literally just 20 steps from pool, very short walk to beach and Margaritaville resort. Needed to contact the host and had a response in minutes. She was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend a stay.

The location is perfect for immediate access to the beach (Coki that's a short walk) and Margaritaville. This villa also has direct access to a swimming pool. Each room is spacious. The beds are comfy. There are also roll- away beds in each closet for additional guests or children. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your cooking needs. (We used it to cook for our family reunion picnic). The villa also has a washer and dryer, beach chairs, floaties and toys. Overall our stay was very pleasant. There are some maintenance concerns, but I will send those directly to the owner and property manager.

Beach not accessible due to over abundance of sea weed- locals say seaweed lasts between May - Dec.

Hair left in several showers Upon arrival. Bathrooms smelled like BO lingering in room. 2 roaches seen on kitchen counter. No cable, our I phones were not compatible with TV, Netflix only option.
