Only 2 weeks still available in July to rent! Sun-filled Tom Nevers home "Nevermoor" is nothing less than spectacular. Tastefully appointed home, perfect for the Entertainer or Family gathering- from beach picnics to poolside lobster boils- stocked with all you need. 3 1/2 Acres of Privacy, distant water views and lush grounds! 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath house split between 3 levels with every modern amenity, central A/C, indoor/outdoor sound system, Blue stone patio with waterfall feature, large sitting and dining porch, secluded fire pit and dining patio settled near outdoor grill and lush yard, outdoor shower. Large 22 x 40 heated swimming pool (gated for safety) and spa, pool house with wet bar and half bath, ample resort-style patio furniture for lounging and dining. (1 week rental minimum - June, July, August, September)

Floor plan: 1st floor: foyer, living room with fireplace, den, dining, kitchen, french doors to covered porch seating, bedroom, full bath, outdoor shower. 2nd floor: sitting area with fireplace opens to deck with distant water views, 2 bedrooms share hall bath, master bedroom and bath, laundry. Lower (garden) level, home theater separate king (or two singles) bedroom and bath.

Ideally located off bike path to 'Sconset and Town. Sparsely populated beaches can be found at the end of Tom Nevers Road (less than a mile) for beach picnics and evening cocktails. Walking accessible in neighborhood and adjacent conservation land.

Paradise!

Absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained property that exceeded our expectations in every way! The home has everything you would every want and more. Comfortable and plentiful outside seating, dining, and lounging areas around the property. The pool, pool house, and hot tub area is like being at your own private resort. Our first trip to Nantucket could not have been better. Truly one of the nicest properties we have ever used. My wife could not have been more impressed with the decor. At the end of our week stay she was still finding things she loved and saying "they have thought of everything" or "there is not a single detailed overlooked". Linens were great as were the towels. We loved the location. Close to town but out far enough to be in the quiet. This place truly felt like home and we will definitely be back. Our next trip will be planned around the availability of Nevermoor. We did have some questions for the host and as you would expect Dawn was absolutely amazing. She was the most accommodating host we have ever head. Can’t say enough about this place.

Wonderful stay at Nevermoor

Our group (4 couples and one baby) had a wonderful week at Nevermoor. The house is immaculate and great for entertaining: the kitchen is the best equipped I have seen in a rental, there are plenty of places to spread out (a few friends had to work during the week), the pool area and yard are beautifully maintained, and the storage shed has every piece of beach equipment one could need. Most importantly, Diane was a welcoming and attentive host, quickly answering a few questions that came up over the course of our stay. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. Thanks again, Diane!

Fantastic summer vacation spot

This is a very magical house with lots of charm and good feeling. Enjoyed the amazing pool and hot tub and the outside resort feel of this house. House was very clean with incredibly comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a great kitchen to enjoy meals with family. The host of this house were incredibly helpful and responsive. Thank you Diane for reaching out to us and making sure we were having a great vacation. Love this place and the hosts!
