We had an incredible stay at this apartment in Venice, and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice as it’s much larger in person, very roomy, and extremely comfortable.The location is one of the biggest highlights. It’s just a couple of blocks from St. Mark’s Square and right in the heart of everything. Restaurants, shopping, and all the major sights are within easy walking distance, yet it still felt like a place where you could relax and unwind.The views were also something really special. From multiple windows, we had beautiful scenes of Venice, including a canal view right from the bedroom. Watching gondolas pass by, sometimes with gondoliers singing, was one of those moments that just made the trip feel magical.The host was truly exceptional. She met us at check-in and took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we were completely comfortable and settled in. That level of care stood out immediately. During our stay, we unfortunately had a minor accident, and she went far above and beyond, helping us get to the hospital and staying with us for several hours to make sure we could communicate properly with the staff. We are incredibly grateful for her kindness and support.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

I have nothing bad to say, the check in was easy, the check out was easy, the location is amazing. The beds are comfortable! Paola was super helpful and also helped us with water taxi arrangements when we left. This was very useful and made everything easy. Lots of space, we stayed as a family of 6 and had a great time. My name is Paola and I have been living here in Venice since 1983, when I arrived from Rome to reach my mother, Filippa, who had moved because of her job. Here I attended high school and college, graduating in History of Art. I was immediately fallen in love with Venice and so I decided to live here even after the end of my studies. that's why I am still here and I'm always confident and happy with my choice!

Why they chose this property

The apartment belonged to my mother who bought it in 2005 because it was a few steps from the house where I live today with my husband Renato. I am very attached to this apartment and the San Marco area where I spent the years of my youth happy and carefree. Despite the inevitable and continuous transformations, the area of San Marco with its beautiful square, its museums and its ancient monuments preserves the infinite charm of a unique city.

What makes this property unique

The strengths of the apartment are to be found in the center position, the layout of the rooms (the 3 bedrooms are not neighbors in order to guarantee a good privacy to all guests) and size (126 square feet), making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends. From the windows of the kitchen and the master bedroom you can stop to observe the slow passage of gondolas on the canal of San Moisé.
