We absolutely fell in love with this home. Located mere steps from the beach was a highlight. We could walk the beach early in yr am and at sunset. Sitting on the top deck and watching the clouds and ocean is where we liked to have a glass of wine. The hosts are very responsive and had everything we needed! Thanks for a fabulous visit!!!!

I am originally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, but now I am so lucky to call beutiful Fernandina Beach my home. My husband and I are avid boaters, have a labrador retriever and love the ocean. We are new to hosting, but are devoted to making sure all our guests are 100% satisfied with their stay with us. We are always open to any feedback & suggestions to help make their stay the best they've ever had.

Why they chose this property

We love this beach house and area for so many reasons! The beach and beach access are steps away (1 block). It is on the quieter North part of Fernandina Beach, so it's safer to access the beach since you don' t have to cross over any busy roads to get there. We are also a short bike ride or walk to restaurants and Fort Clinch if you enjoy hiking/biking.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many other rentals, ours has a free onsite covered 2 car garage with available for renters to park their vehicles to protect them from the elements. We also have a fire pit located in our private fenced in back yard for guest use.
