The living room is furnished with two queen sleeper sofas, ceiling fan and a Smart TV that can connect to the Internet. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the newly remodeled fully-stocked kitchen with all-new appliances and a wide granite counter top, just right for grabbing a quick bite. The master bedroom has a queen-size, remote adjustable bed, Smart TV, adjustable speed ceiling fan and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a pyramid bed and a twin bed with an adjustable speed ceiling fan,. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to nine people, so bring the whole family!

Would not stay again

Nice area and open floor plan. Floors and pull out couches were filthy. Had to have them come clean them again. A lot of condensation on floors from Hvac system which cause a lot of moisture throughout the house and sand to be everywhere. Dryer did not work well so we didn’t do out laundry. Beds were very uncomfortable. It was a great location and close to the beach but would not stay again.

Great Location/Cleanliness could use some help

The location is great--just gets a bit loud because the balcony overlooks Coastal Highway; the condo is roomy and worked well for everyone. However, I share the previous visitors' remarks--the floors were filthy. Not from first look but if you walked around in stocking feet, your socks were dirty and this was at first coming in, not after anyone had been to the beach or done anything. Also, the counters and furniture were dusty, had to go over all of them with Sanitizing wipes; mattress covers were dirty--debris, lots of sand inside and gum stuck to one of them. Had to throw all of them in the wash immediately. The sliding screen doors to balcony kept sticking. Overall, we had fun but didn't appreciate having to clean when we had to be off of the premises by 10am on the last day because of "special COVID-19 cleaning."

Floors dirty

The condo was spacious and had an excellent location. It was very convenient to go to the beach. Unfortunately we felt a little dirty inside. Bathrroms could use an update, but most importantly the floors were filthy. They definitely were not cleaned. Our feet were black and it grossed me out with out infsnt walking and crawling around.
