It is hard to not have fun in our beautifully renovated, cozy, and family-friendly house 3 minutes from Grand Canyon University. The fully fenced backyard has a private diving pool, lawn games and a comfy sitting area. With 4 bedrooms including a king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed, and a twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Two living spaces with large smart tvs, games, and cards The 3.5 bathrooms are equipped with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryers for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining. Large dining table that can seat 12 and a smaller cozy table in the kitchen that seats 4. Enough off street parking for 5 cars and more on street parking.

The house was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family of five and still room for more. Pool was nice with a deep end of the pool to jump in but needs frequent cleaning due to fallen leaves.

The house was really big and had a nice kitchen. Plently of spaces to gather together and sit and relax. Comfortable furniture and beds, big backyard with a nice pool, and the air conditioner worked really well! Little touches like baby gates, a high chair, and pac n play were helpful. The back yard was spacious with a putting green and had comfy seating, as well.

What a Great House!

This is a great place for a family to stay! We had a group, and we had plenty of space. This house has something for everyone, and the pool is the central focus. If you have multiple families or lots of kids, this is an especially good spot. The bottom level can be closed off to allow for privacy. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; and it was easy to get anywhere we needed. We had such a great time. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Needed a house that 3 different sets of people could come to. Worked great for 3 couples and a few kids. Liked the key pad entry so we could come and go without worrying about someone not having a key. The second living room area downstairs and large kitchen table were great. The only downside was we got ants in our pizza that has been out lon the counter ess than an hour and the neighborhood was older than I was expecting but neither of these things would stop me from renting the house again or recommending it to others.
