The open-concept main floor features a cozy living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a powder room and a luxurious master suite complete with a soaking tub and shower. Step onto the outdoor deck, relax in the rocking chairs, surrounded by stunning lake views.
Upstairs, a charming nook bedroom awaits with its own private bathroom and walk-in shower.
The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a leather couch, a large-screen TV, a foosball table, board games and laundry facilities as well as the 3rd bedroom. Step outside to the second deck, where you’ll find seating and a propane BBQ—perfect for lakeside cookouts.
With WiFi, AC, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, this retreat is ideal for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. While the home is lakeside, access to the lake is very limited. Located near Clemson, it’s the perfect spot for game days, outdoor adventures, graduation or simply unwinding.
