We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The views were stunning and instantly relaxing, and the home itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. It felt cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend! Great place to stay. Host was excellent at communication. House had a ton of amenities, especially for families and smaller children. Location was walking distance to good food, live entertainment, and a marina with a pier. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for the kind review! We were happy to host your family and look forward to you returning again.
My family enjoyed this wonderful property. The views are amazing and we loved the layout. The hosts have thought of everything, there were games, books and guides. We can't wait to return.
We are 4 senior women who have been friends since kindergarten and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The view is spectacular and so enjoyed morning coffee on the patio. We have already booked a stay for next year.

Thank you so much! We loved having you at the home and look forward to future stays.
Place was cozy and clean with beautiful views. Our family had a lovely time enjoying the lake and using the home to eat most meals. Some outdated plumbing fixtures that caused a problem but the owner was very responsive. Would consider staying here again!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Property is very clean and well appointed and extremely comfortable. As cottage owners ourselves, we appreciate a well kept property and strive to leave any rented units well kept upon our departure. We will be re-booking for future visits to the area.
Great location. Walked to Brownies for ice cream multiple times, Also, walked to the boat house for dinner and drinks:) Would totally stay again. The only thing I would suggest a clean up of the patio area before guest stay. All the furniture outside was covered in spider webs and bird poop. But besides that we had a great stay!

Thank you for staying at our home!
Lake living is the perfect ecosystem for insects and spiders, and our home is no exception. While we have pest control, they can only treat our property, not the next-door park and pier. The plus side is that we have a park and pier next door! AND these spiders eat the gnats and mosquitoes! There is a straw broom in the garage or on the house by the back door for a quick sweep to dust off the outside furniture as needed.
Decorative birds do love our willow tree, but I've never seen them near the house or on the furniture. It sounds like we have an unwelcome guest, such as a Canadian goose. Thank you for letting us know! We will remedy the situation ASAP!
I grew up in a small neighboring town just outside Niagara Falls and left the area to attend and eventually graduate from SUNY Geneseo. I relocated to Dallas, TX for a career opportunity but have returned to the area every summer to take in its beauty and many local attractions. Now married with small children of my own, our family sought out and purchased this vacation property. While we reside in Dallas, local relatives manage this property.
Why they chose this property
We sought out this property because of its personal history with my family. It is the same property I would walk past with my dad on our way from the ice cream shop out to the end of the pier. We would wonder what it would be like to own and live in such a beautiful house with such a beautiful view. Western New York and this particular region hold so much natural beauty and provide so many affordable healthy activities that my husband and I want our children to share in these experiences. We share this home with you as a special place to vacation, reconnect with family and create special memories year after year.
What makes this property unique
The location is perfect! Coming from Dallas, TX it is wonderful to enter a relaxing small town atmosphere yet still have access to several activities, attractions, restaurants and shops as you would in a city. It is located across the street from a bustling boathouse, quaint upscale restaurant, and several small shops. Need some fresh vegetables? Drive down the road and stop at one of the many roadside stands whose farmers still accept payment by the honor system. We appreciate this home's proximity to Canada as well as the neighboring U.S. cities such as Lockport, Lewiston, Niagara Falls & Buffalo (quick access to Canada can be made via the Lewiston-Queenston Bridge).
