Overall the house is pretty dumpy. The yard is overgrown and unkept, interior needs paint, the fixtures are gross, one of the bed frames was broken and sagging, the temperature control in the shower didn’t work properly, the carpet is stained. If price is your main concern, expect to get exactly what you paid for. Host communication and check in/out was good, though.
Nice place. Loved the fenced in yard. Had two concerns, the railing on the stairs were not adequate, as our daughter almost fell . Second the kitchen needed more items to do dishes with, example, dish towels and dish rags.
The home is clean and in a great location for airport and other attractions. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes and dinnerware. There were limited towels and no blankets. The sun room is very nice. We did have some difficulty with locking the door.,
Kitchen wasnt very well stocked, pans were old and warped and everything stuck, not enough towels, no extra bed sheets, pillows, blankets. No grill, backyard was a bit over grown. Basement carpet was wet. The location was great, and the neighborhood was nice.

The home overall was decent and worked for what we were there for. I had asked about a grill a week or more before our trip and was told one would be there for us. When we arrived, there was no grill. It took several attempts to reach the host and then we had to wait for a team member to come get it from the locked garage. The basement smelled horribly of animal urine-we went and bought spray and baking soda to help the smell so we could sleep down there. The yard is very overgrown with weeds and dead trees. There is no smoke detector on the main level or any of the upstairs bedrooms. The bedrooms were not laid out as described which affected how we had planned to sleep everyone. The ceiling fan downstairs made a horrible noise. All of the closets were locked. The garbage bags in the kitchen were too small for the garbage can and there was only one hand towel for the kitchen no dishcloth. There was only one towel per person for a 3 night stay and only 2 extra toilet paper rolls per bathroom (there was 8 of us) so we had to buy more of that as well.

Nice place but had some issues
There were ants and spiders, both in the kitchen and the lower bedroom. Light switches that we couldn’t figure out what they were for. Ceiling fans were very loud. The key code did not work and we waited an hour to get in. There was only 1 bath towel. Later realized they were in the dryer.
