Comfortable stone house in Istrian village RAKALJ. Recommended for the families with children or 2 couples who prefer peaceful holiday, secluded from the city rush and crowd. The vivid urban life is reachable in the town Pula which is 25km to the south. The house is a good starting point for daily excursions to the picturesque countryside, visits to the popular restaurants with home made cuisine or search for the perfect nearby beach. In Rakalj you will be welcomed by beautiful nature and magnificent views of the surrounding areas.

House has tastefully decorated interior with comfortable living room with open kitchen, interior stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms.
Nice front fenced yard with olive trees, cca 500 m2, with barbecue and garden furniture.

Interior area : 65m2 + front yard 500m2

Equipment: washing machine, Sat TV, air -co, microwave oven, oven, electrical stove, coffee machine, BBQ.

Une très belle maison très typique

La maison est très belle et agréable nous étions 5 est nous avons eu assez de place, très bien meublée avec beaucoup de rangement et avec un jardin vraiment agréable et très grand pour les enfants comme pour les parents. Une terrasse assez grande également. La propriétaire est très sympathique et extrêmement serviables et aussi très réactive. Malheureusement il faut tout faire en voiture. Je recommande à 100%

uriges Ferienhaus am Dorf im istrischen Stil

Das Ferienhaus ist im typischen istrischen Stil, wie die Einwohner hier auch leben. Der garten ist riesig und mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt und sehr gepflegt. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Trampolin zum Austoben. Wir haben hier auch gerne mal abends im Steingrill gegrillt. Im OG ist eine Klimaanlage, die bei uns nachts immer lief wegen der Wärme. Das Kinderzimmer wurde neu möbeliert, das Elternschlafzimmer erinnert etwas an "Oma's Zeiten". ;-) Das Bad ist zwar etwas klein, aber für drei Personen doch ausreichend. Leider gibt es nur einen Duschvorhang, was das Duschen auf engem Raum etwas erschwert. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden und wie gesagt alles, was man zum Erholen und Ausruhen benötigt (Hollywoodschaukel, Sonnenliegen, usw.) Die Vermieter selbst sind sehr nett, wenngleich wir uns auch nur überwiegend via WhatsApp auf englisch unterhalten haben. Ein persönlicher Kontakt bestand nur bei An- und Abreise, da die Vermieter selbst in der Hauptstadt wohnen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, d.h. man muss wirklich alles mit dem Auto erledigen, d.h. auch Wege zur nächsten Badebucht (die übrigens wunderschön ist) oder zum Restaurant. Leider wird in der Anzeige hier nicht erwähnt, dass neben dem Haus ein Kindergarten (ca. 25 Kinder) ist, was für Urlauber, die ihre "Ruhe haben möchten", wohl eher von Nachteil wäre. Uns persönlich hat es nicht gestört, da die Kinder nicht sehr laut waren und wir selbst mit unserer kleinen Tochter verreisten. Alles in allem aber ein schönes Haus zum Weiterempfehlen.

BELLA CASA IN ZONA TRANQUILLA

La casa è ideale per 3-4 persone, ben arredata e con un giardino davvero godibile. I proprietari parlano italiano e sono cordiali e disponibilissimi. Con l'automobile in pochi minuti si raggiungono splendide spiaggette. Nelle vicinanze anche un mini-market dove acquistare lo stretto necessario. Consigliatissima a chi ama la quiete, ma se si cercano anche divertimenti e vita notturna , con 20 minuti d'auto si raggiunge Pola.
