3 houses from the beach!! Located at 50th and Central in OCNJ

Sleeps 11 comfortably

Cleaning: All beds/pillows have covers that are easy for the renters to wash upon arrival if desired

Amenities:
Modern, eat-in kitchen with granite breakfast bar, well equipped with cookware and plenty of cabinet space available to make yourself at home. The bedrooms and living areas are very spacious. TV in master bedroom and large screen TV in living area. The covered Front Porch with table and chairs is perfect to lounge while enjoying the morning sunshine with your coffee. There is also an outside barbecue gas grill on the side of the house. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. Outdoor closed shower and beach storage also available with extra beach chairs. Private and paved off-street parking for 2 cars. The owner provides 4 beach tags for use during stay.

Great Location

Great spot in OC. Property was just as advertised. Clean and spacious house. Bedrooms and living areas were great. A minor suggestion would be upgrades to the master bathroom, outdoor furniture, and kitchen pots and pans. Overall we loved our stay and hopefully will book again.

Mediocre

The house is a convenient short walk to the beach. The area is relatively quiet. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. If you plan to eat out often you will likely have to drive. We have been coming to OC for 14 years and stayed in several different houses. I was disappointed in this place. Overall it wasn’t clean. I did contact the owner who was able to get a cleaning service to come 3 days after check in. The listing included an outdoor shower and storage area. The storage area was full of the owners things. The outdoor shower was a shower stall inside a storage closet. Beach chairs were stacked inside the stall itself. It was so full of things (and sand) that we didn’t even bother using it. We planned on using the grill that was advertised but it was dirty with old food and looked like it hadn’t been touched since last summer. I contacted the owner and was told I could clean it with the tools provided or she could have a neighbor come clean it. We just opted not to grill. Another thing I thought was strange was many of the kitchen cabinets were full of the owners things. Even the closet and drawers had a few clothes and random belongings. I have never experienced this while renting in OCNJ. A major issue for my family was a few of us have severe dog allergies. The listing was no pets allowed, however the owner’s dog previously stayed in the house. Immediately upon arrival we could tell there had been a dog. I can understand owners want to bring their own pets while not allowing others but this should be stated in the listing so that renters with allergies can be aware. Thankfully we had great weather and just spent most of the week outside. We still enjoyed our week and the beach was great. However, I would expect more from a rental at this price point.

Ocean City , NJ Condo

The location was ideal... only one block from beach. Condo had everything we needed. The downside was that I don't think the condo was cleaned before we got there. The floors were dirty and wrappers were on a few of the beds. However, when I notified the owner, she apologized and was willing to send clearners the following day. We had already cleaned with supplies left so we declined. Kitchen chair cushions were not able to be cleaned off so many stains. We enjoyed our stay since most of the time was spent at the beach and outdoors.

Great!

I've stayed in many rentals in Ocean City. The last one was for many years, so we had some doubt. To us, after this week, there was no doubt! The location was perfect, the house was clean and well cared for, the owner was wonderful to work with. We had no complaints and would absolutely rent again.

GREAT OCEAN CITY BEACH HOUSE!

We had a perfect week in this perfect house. Close to the beach and well appointed - everything was easy about this house. Plenty of space for 4 teens and 4 adults. We'll definitely go back. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Great place.

The house is beautiful. We enjoyed our time there. The upstairs neighbors were not noisy. The place had more dishes and cookware than most rentals. It is in a great location for the beach and a company even has surfing lessons at the 51st street beach.

Clean, updated, roomy, plenty of seating and plenty of kitchen supplies-surprised to find other supplies, i.e. Dish soap, etc. Very comfortable. Half block from beach! Loved the front porch. Great AC!!

We purchased this property in 2017 and have been busy making it a family-friendly beach house. We are from the suburbs of PA so its a close trip down on the weekends in the spring and fall. We rent the house during the summer months and hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as we have several friends on the block and it is such a welcoming street. It's mostly quiet and the beach is so close you can run back and forth if you need anything. We also have plenty of parking so if we need our car to get to the store or boardwalk, it's an easy trip. There is also the OC Trolley that runs every 15-minutes from our street to the boardwalk.

What makes this property unique
