The Adventure Abode is a spacious and cozy 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath family-friendly home, located just minutes from downtown Kingfield! This inviting getaway is perfect for families or groups looking to experience the charm of a small-town atmosphere while being close to local shops, restaurants, and outdoor adventures.

With ample space to relax and unwind in our home, and easy access to the area's top attractions, including Sugarloaf Mountain, book now and enjoy all that Kingfield has to offer!

The Adventure Abode features an open, flowing layout that still maintains a cozy atmosphere, complete with a sitting area and two separate living rooms. Our fully equipped kitchen and four comfortable bedrooms provide everything you need for a delightful stay with family or friends.

Kitchen & Dining Area
Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking supplies, ready for you to create delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the coffee bar, featuring both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The adjoining dining area offers an intimate setting for meals together.

Sitting Area
This cozy space features two swivel chairs and a side table, ideal for sipping coffee while taking in the views through the large glass French doors.

Living Room
Relax in the oversized, comfortable couch after a day of adventure. The living room also includes a 55” smart TV with a soundbar and access to Fubo TV. For other streaming services, please bring your own login.

Outdoor Space
The expansive outdoor area features a large picnic table, perfect for meals in the fresh air. Gather around the fire pit in Adirondack chairs to enjoy a campfire under the stars—don’t forget the s'mores! A propane grill, complete with all necessary tools, awaits your culinary creations.

Location
This prime location offers endless opportunities for adventure. From skiing and snowboarding at Sugarloaf Mountain to direct trail access for snowmobiling and ATVs, along with some of Maine's best mtn. biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, and canoeing, your adventurous spirit will thrive here. Located just south of downtown Kingfield, the home combines seclusion with easy access to the main route 27. While the large front and backyards provide a peaceful retreat, you might occasionally hear passing vehicles.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the home and property, excluding the basement, two utility closets, and separate garages.

Additional Notes
- While we love furry friends, pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property, the guest will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees incurred.

- No additional guests beyond those specified in your booking are permitted on the property, including outdoor areas and the fire pit.

- Please do not rearrange any furniture, including outdoor furnishings. Thank you for respecting our space!

His favorite activity is snowmobiling and ATVing but has recently taken up skiing. His favorite part of hosting is being able to host groups to make memories together.

Kingfield is ~20 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain, plus tons of ATV/ snowmobile trails, hiking, mountain biking, and rivers for swimming and fishing. It also has a cute downtown area with restaurants and shops.
