This is a fantastic location and a really interesting building. As a refashioned bank, it is a really cool space. Everything we needed, very well cleaned, and fantastic communication with the owner. I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. We definitely will stay there again.
The place was as described. Open floor plan. We used it as our homebase for skiing at Sugarloaf Mountain.

Nice open living area. Terrific appliances. Lots of water pressure in shower. Cool safe in the basement. On a main roadway, noisy at night for light sleepers. Surrounding area outside could be spruced up a bit. Grill needed gas.
Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.
Lazar was a great host and responded immediately to a call...we had a great 3 day stay, it's a little odd at first being a converted bank but they did a great job on the remodel. You can fit an army in here but just be aware there's only one toilet in a half bathroom which can be problematic if your bigger or in a wheelchair. The shower however is more than roomy....just as the open layout. Bring extra towels, steak knives. There are ample dishes for most cooking and prep. The most challenging thing was figuring out the lights watch for the main room lights which is located high up the wall in the disused front entrance. A guidebook/comment book would be a great addition for vacationers. A/C was more than adequate for the 90 degree humid days. Again...this is a great place to stay...especially for the price

The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer. This led me to believe the sheets on the bed had not been washed. The stove top was dirty, dishes in the dishwasher, dirt in between the cushions of the couch. There were no towels, few electrical outlets. We stayed only one night because it was too late to find another alternative.
On the plus side the owner was quick to respond and we got most of our money back.
This property was conveniently located in Bingham in the center of town. Easy to get to even at night. The host was extremely responsive even late into the night. This property has a bunch of beds in it and would be great for a lot of people to stay in one place. The bathroom is a little small but the shower area is large and beautiful.
We were a little disappointed about the cleanliness of the place. Mainly, the floor just needed a little bit more attention ... I picked up some food that I dropped and the napkin came up almost black from the dirt on the floor. Also, we were unfortunately left with hardly any toilet paper and paper towels with no replacements. The host did respond and tell us that the person that cleans did not have access to the recipe cabinet and was not able to leave us replacements. Also, the batteries in the remote for the TV were dead. The host did respond promptly about that.
For 1 night this was an adequate place to stay.
We were looking for a place for an overnight stay and this VRBO was fantastic. Owner’s communication on how to access the unit and when the place was ready for us was very good. Access getting in was easy. We were asked to remove shoes - no problem! The place is a very cool rental having been a bank/post office once.
I suggested to the owner that they update their photos because the place is even better than what the photos show. For example, the TV is HUGE, it’s definitely not the one shown in the photo. I have to say, it was a real treat watching my favorite show on that giant TV after our long day of travel. Also, the beds are better than the photos show. A King, a Queen, and a twin. All very comfortable. The VRBO is very clean (always a top priority for me!) I always worry a little when pets are allowed in a rental as I think somehow it might smell of pets, but this was absolutely not the case - no pet smell at all - super clean! I can’t speak to much else as we really did not use much else in the rental due to our brief stay. But everything we didn’t get a chance to use looked great - nice big dining room table, clean looking kitchen area, very nice shower room which is separate from the powder room - hoping next time we can stay longer and fully enjoy all it has to offer. There is a grocery store called Jimmy’s Market about a 2 minute drive away which has everything you could need food-wise, and the general store has a great breakfast.

Summary
Outdoor trash can smelled awful. The floor was dirty. To be fair we checked in one hour early while he was still cleaning. Other than those two issues it was fine.
First time using VRBO/staying in the area. Overall not a bad experience. Considering the area, this property is top notch. Wish it had A/C and not on Main Street.
