Perfect for large groups or a family looking to enjoy an inner city experience with private garden & terraces. The street is very peaceful. This home is an oasis in the beautiful historical centre of Palma.

There are 5 big bedrooms, a massive sitting room with two separate sitting areas & a stylish dinning room. High ceilings, original century old carpentry & ornate flooring make this home more like a mini palace.

The space
Apart from the spacious living area with plenty of different entertaining spaces, the house has it's own private parking garage within the property. There is also a private lockup area for bikes.

The kitchen is newly reformed and leads out onto the back terrace for alfresco dining.

This is a señorial home in the centre of the brautiful historic old town of Palma.

Guest access
The guests will have the entire building to themselves.

The garden and terraces appearing in the photos is completely private and will be available for guests to use exclusively.

There is a parking garage included within the property.

The guests will have access to a lock up area for their bikes.
