Treehouse - Twilight

Enjoy our romantic custom-built one-of-a-kind treehouse nestled fourteen feet in the air on a one-hundred acre farm at Whispering Pines for a secluded get-away for two. With all our friends in mind, entry is effortless with our ramp walkway and plenty of space for wheelchair and/or special needs access.
Upon entry into our treehouse, you will enjoy natural sunlight that peaks through the large picture windows. The kitchen, living and bedroom areas are all open spaces that flow together seamlessly with plenty of places to sit and relax. The kitchen is stocked for your cooking needs in addition to a Keurig for your morning coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Enjoy puzzles, games or books for relaxing days. On cold evenings, grab a blanket and snuggle in front of a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The laundry room is available for your use.
While outside, you will love the stunning wooded view of a ridge with a stream surrounded by mature trees while soaking in the hot tub. Cook dinner of the propane grill or enjoy s’mores at the fire pit with our complimentary firewood on-site. S’more kits are provided and are a must for every campfire. We have various outdoor games available upon request which you can access at our General Store.
Our farm is nestled between the cities of Hermann and Warrenton where you can enjoy wineries and other seasonal attractions. Browse through the Guestbook for maps, details, and other local points of interest all within thirty minutes from the property.
Because it's our desire to help you relax and reconnect with nature and each other, there is no television in our units. We strive to provide all your needs during your stay with us.

Place trash in the cans adjacent to the Whispering Treehouse sign when leaving the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We spent a weekend at the Twilight Treehouse and it was everything we wanted. The scenery was beautiful. The hot tub was a great experience and we really enjoyed the trail on the property. We felt welcomed the moment we walked in with how organized and clean everything was. The hosts were fantastic and really do pride themselves on hospitality

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a romantic getaway. It had a relaxing atmosphere and was a great place to unwind and spend some quality time together. We would definitely consider staying here again.The only thing I would change is the description of the location. The listing states that it is about 11 minutes from Hermann, but in reality, it was closer to 25–30 minutes depending on where you were headed. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but we did feel the listing was a little misleading on the drive time.Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property!

We loved our mid-week weekend away at the Treehouse - Twilight! It's about as private as private gets, deep in the woods, right among the trees. The hot tub was wonderful. The bath has a large shower and a bathtub. The bed is super comfy. The kitchen has all the basics and a few extras, including a Keurig and a countertop ice maker. We used the gas grill to grill up some steaks and potatoes the first night, and the microwave to make some quick egg bites for breakfast. We drove into nearby Hermann for a historical tour and lunch at a quaint cafe. Treehouse - Twilight is a great place to drop off the grid and recharge.

This was a really wonderful property. We enjoyed sitting in front of the large window and watching the wildlife. The heated bathroom flooring was also a nice touch. The kitchen was super nice too so we were able to make some meals.

This cabin is exceptional. The hosts have thought of everything you might possibly need to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. From the cozy robes, towel for the hot tub, fully loaded kitchen, s’mores for the fire pit, and more. Don’t expect internet or cell service, but that was a plus for us! I hope to go back many more times!

Great experience and place! It had snowed quite a bit the week of our weekend getaway. The tree lined gravel drive had been plowed before our arrival and the privacy the gated entry way and location of the cabin back in the woods was amazing. Hot tub on the deck while the snow fell was magical. Cabin is cozy an it truly achieves the out in nature and away from hectic life calm we were looking for. This will be a repeat trip location for us. Thanks Wendy!

This host thought of everything, for a small space (as you would expect in a treehouse) they had all the amenities you could ever want. S’mores kits, sticks to cook s’mores, fully stocked wood pile, hot tub, kitchenette, laundry, amazing bathroom…. Literally everything. 10 out of 10…. We will be back for sure

The treehouse was beautiful and very relaxing. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was; we brought our own food and were able to cook full meals so we could soak up every minute there. We loved relaxing by the fire and in the hot tub. My wife was especially enthralled with the heated floors in the bathroom! It was everything we needed for a quick getaway to decompress and recharge. We will be back!

This was the exactly the weekend away that I needed. The space was perfect and loved to end our day in the hot tub. If you needed to get out - close proximity to Hermann for dining and shopping. Waking up to a walled window of trees was so beautiful. Loved to be disconnected without internet or a tv. Nature all around.

The property was in excellent condition! The space was peaceful and exactly what we were looking for in a quiet, relaxing anniversary escape! The weather was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast on the deck while watching the leaves fall. A glass of wine in the hot tub was the perfect ending to our perfect days! The twilight treehouse is a gorgeous and relaxing place to spend a getaway! It combined the great outdoors with luxury. We spent our time here reading on the porch, soaking in the hot tub, playing board games in front of the fire place, and enjoying meals made in the spacious kitchen. We also enjoyed s’mores over the campfire, hiking, and bird watching.

Beautiful setting in the woods for an unplugged getaway. We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and this was a perfect spot to reconnect and recollect over our 33 wonderful years together. Great opportunity for us to let the outside world go and focus entirely on being together.
