RedHawk Retreat / Extremely clean! Modern Hobby Farm Getaway

RedHawk Retreat is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch-style home in Spanish Fork, Utah, set on a working hobby farm with open skies and wide mountain views. Just minutes from I-15, parks, shops, and local events, it's also a great base for exploring Salt Lake City, ski resorts, and the scenic Nebo Loop. Come for the quiet mornings and the goats who will absolutely watch you unload your car.

Inside you'll find 2,000 sq. ft. of comfortable space with a bright, open floor plan. The living room is built around a massive sectional, a big TV, and a working gas fireplace, an easy place for everyone to land at the end of the day. The kitchen is well stocked with full-size appliances, granite counters, and everything you need for real meals. There's also a quiet workspace off the garage entry, an oversized laundry room, and a cozy sitting room for curling up with a book, which all make longer stays feel more like home. Three bedrooms and two baths give everyone room to spread out, plus an attached garage with a remote opener.

Out back, the spacious fenced yard has a BBQ, a firepit with wood to use, and plenty of lawn for cornhole, with the set waiting in the garage. Stick around for the sunsets, they're the best part of the day out here.

Our goats live just across the driveway, easy to watch from the fence, with the cow pasture behind them. Our chickens free range all over, so don't be surprised when a few wander through the backyard to say hello. This is a real working farm, so you'll likely see us out caring for animals or tending the land while you're here. We just ask that guests not feed or approach the animals or go into their pens, and that everyone stays within the front yard and the fenced backyard.

Three outdoor security cameras are on-site (front door, driveway, backyard), with no cameras indoors.
